Inside-Out Cake with OREO

  1. Pour batter evenly into 8 greased and floured 8-inch round cake pans (or 2 cake pans for trial recipe).
  2. Bake cake layers as directed on package; cool completely on wire racks.
  3. Remove from pans.
  4. Mix Medium Crunch OREO Pieces and chocolate syrup.
  5. Using 2 layers for each cake, fill layers with 2 cups of the chocolate syrup mixture.
  6. Frost outside of each cake with 1 lb.
  7. of the frosting; sprinkle top and side with 1/4 cup of the Small Crunch OREO Pieces.
