Sauerkraut And Pork Chop Recipe

  1. Brown pork chops in skillet.
  2. Mix sauerkraut with meat juice in skillet.
  3. Layer half of sauerkraut, half of apple sliced and half of caraway seed in casserole.
  4. Arrange pork chops over top of mix.
  5. Layer remaining sauerkraut, apple, and caraway seed.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till pork is tender.
  7. 4 servings = 2 lean meat, 1 vegetable, 1/2 fruit, 151 calories.
