Pan-Seared Steak

  1. Leave the striploin at room temperature for 10 mins.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Massage oil into steak.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place on a very hot pan.
  6. Sear steak for 2 mins on each side.
  7. Sear steak edges and reduce the fat.
  8. Cook to your taste.
  9. Rest for a few minutes on a plate as it will continue to cook.
