Spice Rub for Poultry.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon sage
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons tarragon
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Combine all ingredients.
- Wash the poultry; pat it dry; lightly coat it with cooking oil, then spice rub.
- Refrigerate the coated meat for at least an hour.
- Grill over low heat, using a thermometer to make sure the meat is cooked thoroughly.
