Fresh mushrooms spicy pasta sauce
- 100 grams mushrooms
- 2 garlic
- 1/3 cup parsley
- 1/4 chili paper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 stick thymus
- Chop mushrooms, parsley, thymus, chili paper and garlic.
- Pour little bit of olive oil into the pot.
- Place garlic, half minute later the mushrooms.
- Let it be for minute or two on heavy fire.
- Reduce the fire, spice with salt and paper.
- Add parsley and thymus at the end.
