Latin Marinade
- 1 cup black coffee
- 12 cup sour orange juice or 12 cup vinegar
- 14 cup canola oil or 14 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
- Makes enough to marinate 2-3 lbs of beef, pork or chicken.
