Broccoli And Chicken Casserole
- 12 oz. egg noodles
- 4 boneless, skinless breasts, cooked and chopped in bite size pieces
- 16 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 c. skim milk
- 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- mushrooms (fresh or canned)
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- Cook noodles according to package; drain.
- In baking dish, stir together (gently) the noodles, broccoli, chicken, onion and mushrooms.
- In a bowl, stir together the soup, milk, cheese, salt and pepper (reserve 1/2 cup
- cheese).
- Stir all into noodle mixture.
- Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle reserved cheese and paprika over all and return to oven for 10 minutes (or until cheese melts).
- Contains 290 calories per serving and 11 grams fat.
