Italian Vegetable Salad
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Three Cheese Tortellini, cooked, drained
- 1 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 green onions, cut diagonally into pieces
- 1 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian or Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
- Mix tortellini, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, onions and 1/2 cup of the dressing in large bowl.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Stir in remaining dressing just before serving, if desired.
