Diabetic Fudge Candy - Sugar Free Fudge

  1. Melt margarine over low heat, add chocolate and stir until it is melted.
  2. Stir in Equal and vanilla.
  3. Combine chocolate with cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  4. Stir in nuts or Grape-nuts.
  5. Spread in a lightly greased 8 inch x 8 inch pan.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
  7. Store in the refrigerator.
  8. Next time you can add more Equal if it is not sweet enough.
