Rolled Italian Meatloaf
- 1 1/4 lb lean ground beef
- 3/4 lb bulk italian sausage
- 1 egg
- 1 8 oz. jar pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup italian style bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cup 6 cheese italian shredded cheese blend
- 2 cup loosely packed fresh spinach leaves
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, sausage, egg, 4 oz.
- of pizza sauce, bread crumbs and pepper.
- On aluminum foil, pat mixture to 12x8 inch rectangle.
- Sprinkle evenly with cheese; gently press into meat.
- Top with spinach.
- Starting at short end, roll up tightly, using foil to start roll and tucking in spinach leaves; seal ends.
- Place seam side down in ungreased 12x8 inch glass baking dish.
- Bake 1 hour 15 min.
- Spread remaining pizza sauce over top.
- Bake 15 min.

- Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
