Rolled Italian Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, sausage, egg, 4 oz.
  3. of pizza sauce, bread crumbs and pepper.
  4. On aluminum foil, pat mixture to 12x8 inch rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with cheese; gently press into meat.
  6. Top with spinach.
  7. Starting at short end, roll up tightly, using foil to start roll and tucking in spinach leaves; seal ends.
  8. Place seam side down in ungreased 12x8 inch glass baking dish.
  9. Bake 1 hour 15 min.
  10. Spread remaining pizza sauce over top.
  11. Bake 15 min.
  12. longer.
  13. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
