Buffaloaf - Whole Food for the Pooch
- 3 cups ground buffalo meat (lean)
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 cups old fashioned oats
- 34 cup mixed vegetables, including zucchini, broccoli, carrots, and sweet potato
- 12 cup cottage cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grate veggies with a hand grater or food processor for easier digestion.
- Hand-mix all ingredients and press into a loaf pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- May be refrigerated, or frozen in slices for easy serving.
- You can substitute ground turkey, chicken, or beef, if desired, but mixing meats is not recommended.
