Slow-Cooker Turkey Chili
- 2 cans (14 fl oz/398 mL each) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
- 1 can (28 fl oz/796 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground turkey
- 1 large sweet potato (1 lb./450 g), peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
- Combine all ingredients except cilantro and cheese in slow cooker; cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
- Stir in cilantro just before serving.
- Top with cheese.
