Butter Bean And Lime Puree Recipe

  1. In a food processor or possibly liquidiser, whizz together the butter beans, creamed horseradish, extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, lime zest and hot water till smooth and creamy.
  2. Season well.
  3. Pile the creamy pate into a shallow serving dish or possibly plate.
  4. Grind over plenty of black pepper and serve with hot crusty bread and crisp salad leaves.
