Lemon Rice
- 2 cup boiled rice
- 1 curry leaves
- 1 sesame seeds
- 1 black mustard seeds
- 6 clove chopped garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 turmeric powder
- 1 paprika powder
- 1 chopped bell papper, of your choice
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 chopped coriander leaves
- 1 olive oil
- Take a fry pan, heat olive oil in it.
- Add curry leaves, sesame seeds, black mustard seed and saute.
- Now add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped bell pepper and saute them as well.
- Add spice to it:- turmeric powder, salt, paprika.
- Toss well.
- Add boiled rice and mix it well.
- Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle coriander leaves onto it.
- Lemon rice are ready to eat.
