My Sweet Stuffed Amber Squash

  1. Cut the stem off the top and 1/2 inch all around
  2. With a knife cut out the middle of the squash, much like a pumpkin take out all the pips and loose pulp stuff
  3. Now scrape out as much of the squash as you can and add to the chopped veg and honey mixing bowl and mix well
  4. Spoon as much mixture as you can and squash down
  5. You could cut out carefully but not right through a face like a pumpkin coul be a mini pumpkin on Halloween
  6. Put the top on and roast in the oven for 30 minutes serve hot or cold
