Cookies And Cream Pie By Blondie's Mom
- 1 1/2 cup half and half cream
- 1 9 inch chocolate crumb crust (store bought or make your own)
- 1 cup crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies (11 or 12) I use Oreos
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 packages ( 3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream and pudding mix.
- Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Fold in whipped topping and cookies.
- Spoon into crust.
- Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
