Cioppino (Seafood Stew)

  1. Cut fish into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in soup pot.
  3. Add onion, cook until soft.
  4. Stir in sauce.
  5. Add fish, and salt; cover, cook 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in wine.
  7. Add shrimp and clams with broth.
  8. Bring to a boil; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
  9. Add parsley.
