Chilli and Lime Chicken Noodle Salad

  1. Marinate chicken in 1/2 cup of the combined dressing and sweet chilli sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry or BBQ chicken over medium heat or until cooked through.
  3. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  4. Combine chicken with noodles, bok choy and baby corn.
  5. Drizzle with remaining combined dressing and sweet chilli sauce and top with sesame seeds.
