Chilli and Lime Chicken Noodle Salad
- 2 medium (500g) chicken fillets Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 100g thin egg noodles, cooked
- 2 baby bok choy, shredded Safeway 1 lb For $1.28 thru 02/09
- 425g can baby corn spears, drained and halved
- 1 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- Marinate chicken in 1/2 cup of the combined dressing and sweet chilli sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Pan-fry or BBQ chicken over medium heat or until cooked through.
- Rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Combine chicken with noodles, bok choy and baby corn.
- Drizzle with remaining combined dressing and sweet chilli sauce and top with sesame seeds.
