Marinade For Game Recipe

• 2 c. dry red wine
• 2 tbsp. salad oil
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 2 onions, sliced thin
• 1 clove garlic

1. In saucepan mix all ingredients and cook till warm.
2. Add in meat and marinate overnight.
