Beaver Club Banana Bread Recipe

  1. Peel very dark skinned bananas and mash thoroughly.
  2. Fold in sugar combined with baking soda and salt.
  3. Add in a the flour and Large eggs, alternating between the two, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Then fold in the buttermilk and oil.
  5. Turn into two well greased 8" x 4" loaf pans.
  6. Let stand for 25 min.
  7. Bake in a very slow over, 250 degrees, for about 2 hrs.
  8. Cold before turning from pan.
