For Bentos: Breaded Chicken Tenders with Basil

  1. Slice the chicken tender diagonally into 1 cm thick pieces, and season lightly with salt.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise and curry powder together.
  3. Coat the chicken tender in it.
  4. Add the panko and dried basil to the bowl from Step 2 and coat the chicken pieces thoroughly.
  5. Heat a non-stick frying pan and pan fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
  6. (There's no need to add oil to the pan since the mayonnaise has oil in it.)
