Thai Calamari, Prawn and Cucumber Salad

  1. Marinate the calamari and prawns for 1 hour in 1/2 cup of the dressing.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Stir-fry prawns and calamari until cooked.
  4. Arrange lettuce and cucumber onto the serving plate, add seafood.
  5. Combine remaining dressing with sweet chilli sauce and drizzle over salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Serve.
