Healthy Greek Salad
- 23 ounce crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 13 tablespoons olive oil
- 13 teaspoon minced garlic
- 14 teaspoon dried oregano
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon sugar
- 5 13 cups romaine lettuce (torn in peices)
- 23 medium zucchini (julienne)
- 23 red bell pepper (julienne)
- 23 yellow bell pepper (julienne)
- 6 23 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 12 kalamata olives (Pitted)
- Process all dressing ingredients until smooth in blender or food processor.
- Place remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add dressing and toss to mix and coat.
- Servie immediately.
