Anything Goes Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Place the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl and stir until completely smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla and stir until combined.
  4. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and oatmeal and stir until the flour is completely incorporated.
  5. Fold in the raisins, coconut, walnuts, and white chocolate chips.
  6. Drop golf ballsize spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet about 3 inches apart and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, until lightly browned on the edges and set in the center.
  7. Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 2 minutes and cool on parchment or waxed paper.
