Grilled Pork Chops
- 6 pork chops, 1 1/2 inchs thick
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 12 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- sweet basil, to taste
- 1 12 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons celery leaves
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 14 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- In glass dish combine all ingredients except pork chops.
- Add chops; cover and marinade at least 6 hours.
- Remove from marinade and place on grill.
- Cook 24 to 30 minutes or until done, turning and brishing frequently with marinade.
- Discard any remaining marinade when chops are done.
