Sour Cream Ganache Frosting

• 2-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (10 oz.), broken into pieces
• 1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, at room temperature
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/8 tsp. salt

1. Melt chocolate as directed on package.
2. Mix with remaining ingredients until well blended.
