Maple-Glazed Chicken

  1. In 1-quart saucepan, whisk maple syrup, miso, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and ginger; heat to boiling on medium-high.
  2. Boil 1 minute or until reduced by half, whisking.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Transfer 2 tablespoons to small bowl for brushing chicken.
  6. Place beans and 3 tablespoons water in 2-quart glass baking dish; cover with vented plastic wrap.
  7. Microwave on High 3 minutes or until tender.
  8. Stir in peas.
  9. Cover; microwave 3 minutes longer.
  10. Drain well; toss with 1 tablespoon sauce.
  11. Transfer to platter.
  12. Heat grill pan on medium-high.
  13. Sprinkle chicken with 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  14. Grill chicken 4 minutes or until grill marks appear.
  15. Brush chicken with reserved 2 tablespoons sauce.
  16. Turn chicken over; grill 4 to 5 minutes longer or until cooked through (165 degrees F).
  17. Place chicken on top of vegetables.
  18. Serve with remaining sauce and cilantro.
