Thai Chicken Coconut Soup (Tom Ka Gai) Recipe

  1. Boil 1/2 c. coconut lowfat milk with sliced dry kha and stalk lemon grass.
  2. Add in chicken and cook till chicken is done.
  3. Add in pepper, fish sauce and coconut lowfat milk and bring to a boil.
  4. Add in green onion and remove from heat.
  5. Serve with rice.
  6. Coconut lowfat milk, dry kha and lemon grass may be purchased at an Oriental Market.
