Chicken and Bean Burritos
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup black beans, drained
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- cooking spray
- 12 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 2.
- Add the chicken, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Saute until chicken is cooked through.

- Add beans and cook another 2-3 minutes until heated.
- 4.
- Fill tortillas with chicken and bean mix, top with cheese and wrap.
- 5.
- Spray tortilla with cooking spray and heat in frying pan for 1 minutes per side.
- 6.
- Serve with sour cream.
