Fragrant Sesame Arugula Sauce
- 50 grams Arugula
- 20 grams White sesame seeds
- 75 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Wash and drain the arugula, lightly roast the white sesame seeds and let cool.
- Put all the ingredients in an electric mixer and blend until it all comes together.
- Caution: Put the sesame seeds at the very bottom.
- If you stick them on top, it will become grainy.
- If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little olive oil at a time while keeping an eye on it.
- Add salt to taste and enjoy.
- If you make arugula paste, it'll become more bitter.
