Beef Tenderloin Stuffed With Lobster Recipe
- 2 x beef tenderloins trimmed
- 4 ounce lobster tail meat cooked canned or possibly frzn okay
- 3 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice salt to taste
- Cut the tenderloins lengthwise part of the way through to butterfly them.
- Place the lobster meat inside of the cut on the tenderloin.
- Combine the lemon juice and butter, then drizzle it over the lobster meat.
- Add in some salt if you like.
- Close the meat around the lobster, securing it with string or possibly skewers at 1" intervals.
- Grill over medium heat for 25-30 min, turning occasionally.
- Remove and let stand covered with foil for 5 min before slicing.
- This dish is very easy and impressive at the same time!
- I have used Crabmeat in place of the lobster with great results!
