Cloudy Day Soup Salad

  1. Prepare mix vegetable soup as per instructions on the packet and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick skillet/pan and add black pepper powder.
  3. Add all the vegetables with ginger garlic paste and soy sauce.
  4. Stir fry for 4 minutes on high heat.
  5. Turn off the heat and transfer the ingredients to a salad bowl.
  6. Add soup to the mixture and toss gently.
  7. Serve hot or lukewarm with any bread of your choice.
  8. Enjoy!
