Shell Pasta soup
- 3 cup pasta shells
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1 cooking oil
- 2 tbsp chicken broth
- 5 dash garlic salt
- 1 can corn
- 4 potatoes peeled and cubed
- In medium soup pot add oil enough to fill bottom of pan, about 2 tablespoons
- put flame on medium
- add pasta then stir until pasta starts to brown just a little
- add potatoes and corn stir
- fill pot up with boiling water
- add tomato sauce stir
- add chicken broth and garlic salt continue to stir
- cover with lid and put flame on medium low
- when potatoes are soft soup is ready add black pepper to taste and/ or lemon
pasta shells, tomato sauce, cooking oil, chicken broth, garlic salt, corn, potatoes
