Stir Fry Recipe With Sauce
- 1 lb meat
- 3 cups assorted fresh vegetables
- 1 12 cups stir-fry sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- In large skillet or wok, in 1 tbsp oil -- stir fry meat until no longer pink --
- Remove from pan -- set aside.
- Stir fry vegetables in remaining oil 2-3 minutes -- add meat and stir fry sauce.
- Cook an additional 5-10 minutes.
- May also marinade in stir fry sauce for additional flavor.
