Schnitzel
- 2 cup All purpose flour
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Water
- 6 Boneless pork loin chops
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- Place flour and crumbs in separate shallow dishes
- Beat the eggs and water together in a separate shallow dish
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper
- To bread each cutlet place first in flour, then egg, then panko crumbs
- In a large saute pan heat the oil and butter over medium heat
- Add the breaded schnitzel, pan fry until golden brown then flip
- When the second side is golden remove from pan and set aside on paper towels to drain while you cook the other schnitzels
