Melt In Your Mouth Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. shortening
• 1 c. peanut butter
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 2 c. flour

1. Mix shortening, peanut butter and sugar.
2. Add in Large eggs and vanilla.
3. Beat well.
4. Add in flour and baking pwdr.
5. Mix well.
6. Dough will be stiff.
7. Drop from tsp.
8. onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
9. Flatten with a floured fork.
10. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min.
