Strawberry Delight Squares

  1. Mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the butter.
  2. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan; set aside.
  3. Beat Neufchatel, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and the milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  4. Stir in whipped topping; spread over crust.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Meanwhile, stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  7. until completely dissolved.
  8. Stir in cold water.
  9. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  10. Stir in oranges.
  11. Spoon over cream cheese layer.
  12. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  13. Cut into squares to serve.
  14. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
