Potato kale sausage soup

  1. Brown and crumble sausage and garlic in Dutch oven.
  2. Remove sausage set aside.
  3. Add broth and potatoes to pot and bring to boil.
  4. Continue rolling boil under potatoes are just fork tender.
  5. Chop kale into bite sized pieces and add to pot.
  6. Simmer for ten minutes.
  7. Temper sour cream in a small amount of broth before adding to the soup so it doesn't break.
