Queso and More Dip
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (2 lb.) refried beans
- 1 can (4 oz.) green chile peppers
- Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
- Stir in butter until well blended.
- Add milk and cook on medium heat until warm.
- Add cheese a quarter at a time and stir frequently.
- When cheese is all melted, add final three ingredients.
- Continue to cook and stir until it is heated through and ingredients are well blended.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
