Crunchy Cereal Balls

  1. Melt butter and peanut butter in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Add marshmallows; continue cooking, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until marshmallows are melted.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in cereal and gumdrops.
  5. Shape mixture with buttered hands into 1-inch balls; place on waxed paper.
  6. Let stand 30 minutes.
  7. Store between layers of waxed paper in container with tight-fitting lid.
