Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich
- 600 grams chicken cut quarterly
- 1/2 liter water
- 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 5 slice angelica slice optional add on
- 100 grams old ginger smash
- 1 large slice tomato
- 1 onion slice
- 1 ciabatta bread or any bread
- in pan brown ginger and chicken with angelica slice then add dark sauce with water
- bring to a boil then simmer 30 minute mix chicken with sauce by coating evenly every 10 minute
- add light soy sauce and sugar and simmer another 10 minute off heat
- once chicken is cool enough shred chicken meat and toast bread
- to serve on bread with thinly slice onion then shreded chicken top gravy
