Honey Mustard Chicken
- 3 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 13 cup country-style dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 12 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons honey
- In bowl mix the Dijon mustard, honey, mustard seed and ground pepper.
- Place chicken in shallow baking pan, brush each side of chicken with mustard mixture.
- Bake at 375F for 30 minutes flip chicken over and bake 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
