Hors d'Oeuvre Tomato Salad

  1. Chop the onion finely (it doesn't have to be ultra-fine).
  2. Put the onion in a bowl of water.
  3. Combine the ingredients.
  4. Slice the tomatoes horizontally into round slices, and spread them out on a serving plate.
  5. Cut up the edges that you can't slice properly and put them on the sides of the plate.
  6. Sprinkle the drained onion on the tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle on some chopped fresh parsley, or shredded shiso if you don't have parsley.
  8. Add the ground sesame seeds.
  9. Pour the sauce you made in Step 3 over all.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator and it's done.
