OREO Coffee Mousse

  1. Pour milk into large bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix and instant coffee.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
  4. Add whipped topping; stir gently until well blended.
  5. Gently stir in chopped cookies.
  6. Pour into 1-1/2-quart souffle dish or serving dish; cover.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
