Fudge Sundae Pie
- 25 vanilla wafer cookies
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 14 teaspoon salt
- In a heavy saucepan melt together milk, chocolate chips, marshmallows and salt.
- Stir until chocolate and marshmallows are completley melted and mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Line the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan with the vanilla wafers.
- Spoon half of the vanilla ice cream on top of wafers.
- Cover with half of the chocolate mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Freeze, remove from freezer for about 10 minutes before serving.
