Polish Roses (edited with Pics)
- 10 stalks fresh green onions
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 20 slices thin Sliced corned beef (lunchmeat kind)
- The ammount of what you use depends on how many you are serving.
- Wash the green onions, cut off root.
- Maybe peel a layer of onion if necessary.
- Spread softened cream cheese on 1 or 2 slices of corned beef , you can put the cream cheese on as thick or thin as you like.
- Roll cream cheese corned beef, around root end of onion.
- Enjoy!
