Old-Fashioned

• 2 orange wheels, 1 skewered on a pick
• 4 brandied cherries
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Ice
• 2 ounces bourbon
• 1 ounce chilled club soda

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle one orange wheel with 3 cherries, the Simple Syrup and the bitters.
2. Add ice and the bourbon and shake well.
3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
4. Stir in the club soda and garnish with the remaining orange wheel and cherry skewered on a pick.
