Polish Sausages With Onions and Sweet Peppers
- 6 Fully cooked Polish sausages
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 Sweet peppers, sliced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
- 1 black pepper to taste
- Slice sausages into 1 inch pieces.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan and saute onions until partially cooked.
- Add sausages and black pepper, cook until browned.
- While sausages are cooking, mix Worcestershire sauce and honey in a small bowl.
- Add to the pan and stir.
- Add peppers.
- Saute until peppers are cooked to your liking, stirring to make sure the sauce is coating everything.
- Serve with rice.
