Polish Sausages With Onions and Sweet Peppers

• 6 Fully cooked Polish sausages
• 2 onions, chopped
• 2 Sweet peppers, sliced
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
• 1 black pepper to taste

1. Slice sausages into 1 inch pieces.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan and saute onions until partially cooked.
3. Add sausages and black pepper, cook until browned.
4. While sausages are cooking, mix Worcestershire sauce and honey in a small bowl.
5. Add to the pan and stir.
6. Add peppers.
7. Saute until peppers are cooked to your liking, stirring to make sure the sauce is coating everything.
8. Serve with rice.
