Peanut butter marshmallow cookies

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 bag of marshmallows

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Mix everything but the marshmallows together
3. Put about a tablespoon of batter onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Flatten cookie dough with spoon or fork and top with 2-3 marshmallows.
5. For each cookie Fold the dough over the marmallows to cover them
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes
