Breakfast Rice
- 1 cup long-grain brown rice
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat, and cook for 40 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- This may also be made in a slow cooker overnight.
- Combine all of the ingredients and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve with Blueberry sauce.
