Breakfast Rice

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat, and cook for 40 minutes.
  3. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  4. This may also be made in a slow cooker overnight.
  5. Combine all of the ingredients and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  6. Serve with Blueberry sauce.
